Abstract

181,669. Kohlbrunner & Martenet. June 15, 1921, [Convention date]. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Act]. Pivot pins.-The cutting-blades 1, 2 of pruning- shears &c. are pivoted eccentrically to the pivoting-centre 10 of the handles, and are jointed to their respective handles, 6, 7, so that the blades in closing move away from the centre 10. The pivot for the blades may consist of a bolt 3 with a locking-device in the form of a nut 4 with a toothed rim, a finger plate 13 bolted to the blade engaging in a tooth of the nut.
