Horse &c. clippers.-The sides of the tines 16 are serrated or engrailed at 17, and/or the sides of the cutter teeth 14 are finely eschelon serrated substantially parallel to the length of the teeth. According to the Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a), the cutter teeth may be serrated in any other manner. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
