Roller bearings, in which the rollers a have axial hole e to receive studs f carried by cage rings d, and in which line contact exists between the rollers and studs. The cage rings d are formed with shoulders to allow angular movement of the rollers without substantial axial movement. The various radii of curvature may be such that point contact is obtained under no load and line contact under load. Specification 133,005 is referred to.
