Abstract
175,263. Machovß, A. Rßz-. Feb. 9, 1921, [Convention date]. Wheels.-Emery cloth, emery paper, a brush band, or like working- sheet is attached to a rotating disc a by passing the joined ends through a slide e into an aperture b in the disc, wherein is mounted an angularly adjustable roller c, to which the ends are clamped by a spring tongue d. The ends of the roller have circular heads c<1>, c<3>, which fit into recesses in the disc, one head c<3> being connected to the roller by a screw c<2>, so that, by tightening this screw, the roller can be clamped in adjusted position. The heads are formed with slots for engagement by a spanner. To improve the grip upon the ends of the sheet, the free end of the tongue is formed with a bead, and a spring clipping-member d<1> is provided to co-operate with the tongue.
