A lining a is enclosed in a casing made in four sections c secured by bolts, with cotters e, in flanges h. Projections g in recesses b prevent relative movement. The meeting surfaces of the mould and casing may be corrugated. Fine iron filings or some other good conductor may be packed between the lining and a casing made in one piece or in sections.
