Atmospheric vapour burners.-In an oil cooking-stove, means for conveying the gaseous mixture to a main burner head 5 or to a group of supplementary burner heads comprises a sleeve 2 rotatably mounted in the mixing-tube 1 and having an elbow 6 at its upper end and an operating-arm 3 at its outer end so that it can be rotated to bring the open end of the elbow 6 opposite a passage 8 leading to the supplementary burner heads or upwards.towards the main burner heads 5. The elbow 6 is provided with a hole 11 in alignment with the mixing-tube 1 and a slot to allow part of the mixture to pass to a chamber 4 'and thence to the main burner when the open end of the elbow is opposite the passage 8.
