Wet processes of refining zinc.-Zinc dust containing a high percentage of zinc is obtained by treating ordinary zinc dust with acids such as hydrochloric, sulphuric, or nitric acid, wherebv zinc oxide is dissolved without substantially affecting the zinc. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 138,947 [Class 1 (iii), Oxides, &c., Metallic.]
