Frames and the like for supporting viands while cooking.-The side plates of a grill pan a are provided with oblique slots j through which project the supports e formed on the grid, the slots being so shaped that the grid may be supported at different heights. The grid comprises side members c and cross-wires d, two of which may be extended to form the headed supports e, or headed pins may be used. The slots j terminate at their lower ends in holes k through which pass the heads f of the supports e. The forward and rear slots terminate at their other extremities in downward]y directed portions i and horizontal portions m respectively, thus providing two supporting positions for the grid. More than two supporting positions may be provided.
