167,479. Daimler - Motoren Ges. July 30, 1920, [Convention date]. Spray carburettors.-The nozzle tube d is fitted with a nozzle piece or nipple e which makes joint with a surface on the end of the tube, is easily removable therefrom, and is pierced to produce the jet or spray. The nipple is bell-shaped and fits the coned end of the nozzle tube against which it is forced by a spring g acting upon a rod f, a socket f<1> on which presses against a flange on the stem e<1> of the nipple e. The nozzle is supplied from the float chamber a and is inclined to the axis of the casing b.
