Gas cooking-stoves.-Air is supplied to the burners 2 of a gas cooking-stove through one or more openings 4 in the lower part of the stove, the total area of the openings being fixed to correspond to the quality and pressure of the gas, whilst the outlet 3 for the products, of combustion is unrestricted. The openings 4 may be regulatable in accordance with the quality and pressure of the gas. Fig. 3 shows a plate 5 which may be adjusted over the openings for this purpose.
