Angular bending; corrugating.-A plate or tube bending or corrugating machine has rolls C, C<1> mounted on fixed axes one above the other and a third roll d adjustable in a vertical direction for pressing the work against the lower roll. The machine is belt driven by means of pulleys G, G<1>, G<2>, and has a flat table A<2> convenient for supporting metal sheets when the edges are being bent. Fig. 4 shows the forms of rolls for grooving a sheet or tube, the roll C in this case acting as a guide or being removed if desired. The top or mouth of a metal pan or like article may'be drawn inwards in the machine.
