Abstract
1521251 Refrigerating ELECTROLUX Ltd 20 Oct 1975 [14 Nov 1974] 42971/75 Heading F4H A refrigerating system includes a capillary tube 14 for supplying liquid refrigerant to the evaporator from the condenser, and a suction tube 16 for passing refrigerant vapour from the evaporator to the compressor, the tubes 14 and 16 being heat conductively connected together along at least a section of their lengths to form a heat exchanger 17. The capillary tube 14 includes a second portion 20 which is of greater mass per unit length than the first portion; a first part 23 of the second portion forms part of the heat exchanger 17 and a second part 21 is unsupported and extends to the evaporator 15.
