Abstract

1520309 Partitions HUNTER DOUGLAS INDUSTRIES BV 15 Oct 1975 [15 Oct 1974] 42330/75 Heading E1W A partition panel 11 is located at its edges by rails providing flanges, e.g. 17a, 18a overlapping the panel edges, at least one of the flanges being on a readily detachable side wall of the rail. In the embodiment shown, the floor rail comprises two components, one with sections 14-17, providing ledges 17b and 14a on which the panel rests, and the other component, 18 being fixed at intervals by, e.g. screws 19 to the first component, and being stiffened by a rib 28. The upper rail comprises three components, one with sections 21-23, and two stepped components, 24 and 25, fixed at intervals by, e.g. screws 26 to the first component. A duct 20 is formed in the floor rail covered in use by component 18, and can be used for services.
