Abstract

1520135 Rotary harrows EXCHEM HOLDINGS Ltd 9 Aug 1976 [8 Aug 1975] 33114/75 Heading A1B A rotary harrow is provided with a transverse row of tined rotors 10, 11, 12 rotated about vertical axes, one of the rotors being driven through bevel gears 23, 24 from the P.T.O. of a tractor &c., and the others being driven therefrom by an endless chain 28 passing around sprocket wheels 25 on the rotor shafts 15 and around guide sprockets 26, 27. The rotors are journalled in a boxlike oil-filled casing 17, on the sides of which guard plates 32 are resiliently mounted.
