Abstract

151,700. Eastwood, H., and Deacon, A. E. Dec. 13, 1919. Capillary-action lubricators.-To lubricate a leaf spring, absorbent material is held against the top, bottom and sides of a short length of spring by a flanged casing B applied from below and secured by transverse bolts C extending over a sliding cover B<1>, carrying a siphon-wick oilcup D. The flanges of the casing B come into contact with the spring without compressing the material E.
