Channels and reservoirs in vehicle axle - bearings. - An axlebearing for pit tubs, trams, corves, &c. is provided with an oil or grease reservoir e, from which the lubricant passes through an opening f to two distributing-grooves g in the bearing-surface. The reservoir may have an inclined hinged cover h. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 13,093/01 and 25,038/07.
