1513004 Phase comparators LICENTIA PATENT VERWALTUNGS GmbH 10 Sept 1975 [27 Sept 1974] 37291/75 Heading H3A An arrangement for monitoring the phase angle between two electrical alternating values e.g. voltage and current in a plurality of circuits (not shown) comprises switches 5 1 ... 5 n for passing the second value b 1 , b 2 ... or b n under the control of pulses derived via 1, 2, 4, 12, 3 1 ... 3 n from the first value which is common to all the circuits, elements 6, 7 responsive to the sampled second values to apply a D.C. voltage proportional to the relative phase to upper and lower threshold detectors 9, 8. The control pulses are derived via a zero-crossing detector 1, a pulse frequency step-down device 12, a counter 2 with a decoder 4 and AND gates 3 1 ... 3 n .
