151,262. Newton, C. H. Sept. 18, 1919, [Convention date]. Gravity. - feed lubricators; oil-hole closures.-A swinging lid 11 of an oil-cup 1 is screwed on a pintle 6 carried in bearings 4, 5 inside the cup. A spring 7 surrounds the pintle between the bearing 5 and a washer 8 with pin 9. The lid 11 is provided with a flange 13 fitting inside the cup when the lid is closed. When the lid is swung back by raising and turning a knob 12 screwed to the pintle, the edge of the cup scrapes oil from the lid and returns it to the cup.
