Abstract

150,936. Bridges, H. Jan. 14, 1920. Tents.-A collapsible frame for supporting tent and like covers comprises a pair of hinged roof members g, h, and hinged supports e, f. The roof members are hinged so as to fold inwardly and the supports to fold outwardly thereon. In the extended positions, the roof members are stayed by a pair of members t, u, having a self-locking elbow-hinge and the uprights by pivoted hooks w engaging pins in the roof. When folded, the hooks a are fastened to pins z<1> by means of wing nuts. Bearing-plates q<1> are fixed to the bottom of the standards.
