Abstract

1494267 Burner gas supply control; automatic control of fuel supply SAUNIER DUVAL 30 Oct 1975 [24 Dec 1974] 45068/75 Headings F4B and F4T A gas regulation system for a forced-draught gas fueled heater comprises an extractor fan 5 and a solenoid-operated gas supply valve 9 which is controlled in dependence on the speed of rotation of the fan. Upon increase in heat demand of the system, control circuit 22 causes water circulation pump 25 and the fan 5 to speed up, and the increase in speed of the fan as sensed by pickup 51 and measured by revolution counter 50 causes an increase in opening of the solenoid valve 9.
