1491957 Electromagnetic fuel injectors WISSENSCHAFTLICH-TECHNISCHES ZENTRUM AUTOMOBILBAU KARL-MARXSTADT VEB 30 Oct 1975 [4 Nov 1974] 44872/75 Heading F1B An electromagnetically controlled injection valve for an I.C. engine comprises a jet holder with a body member 2 having an intermediate portion 20 with a peripheral surface symmetric with respect to the longitudinal axis D of the body member an electromagnet system 3 within the intermediate portion and having an axis M displaced with respect to the axis D, retaining means 31, 32, 33 retaining the electromagnet system in the intermediate portion and connector means 22, 23 to connect a fuel delivery pipe to a channel 21 at a position further from the injection outlet (not shown) of the valve than the electromagnet system 3. An outlet 37 for leakage fuel is provided.
