1490180 Flavouring tea SOC DES PRODUITS NESTLE SA 30 Oct 1974 [23 Nov 1973] 24070/77 Divided out of 1485512 Heading A2B The tea aroma of soluble tea solids is strengthened by adding to said solids or to a liquid composition thereof a flavouring agent comprising geranyl acetone and #-decalactone, e.g. in an amount of 0.5-9ppm #-decalactone based on the soluble tea solids. The agent or its components may be added as such or as a solution or emulsion thereof and may comprise 1 part geranyl acetone: 1-2 parts #-decalactone.
