Abstract

1483855 Fluid regulation H SELMAN 31 Jan 1975 [6 Aug 1974] 4388/75 Heading G3H [Also in Divisions A1 and F2] In a drip or trickle irrigation device the flow through a spiral conduit, which is defined between the threads 5, 7 on a casing 1 and a core 6, and outlets 4 is maintained constant by an elastic disc 10 having an upper-conical recess and a central passage 15, the effective cross-section of which varies in inverse proportion to the pressure at the inlet 2 of the device. The inlet 2 is inserted in an aperture of a hose conduit which the arms 3 embrace to prevent displacement of the device.
