1476589 Amorphous alloy ALLIED CHEMICAL CORP 23 May 1975 [7 Aug 1974] 22814/75 Heading C7A A metal alloy which is at least 50% amorphous and is of composition:- having a crystallization temperature of 800-975‹C and a hardness of 1,000 to 1,400 DPH or is of composition:- The alloy may be produced in foil ribbon or wire form by splat quenching.
