Abstract
1469551 Regulating IC engine fuel injection ROBERT BOSCH GmbH 24 May 1974 [29 May 1973] 23256/74 Addition to 1450579 Heading F1B In the I.C. engine fuel supply system claimed in claim 1 of the Parent Specification, the control spring against which the bi-metallic temperaturedependent element acts is a compression spring and is supplemented by a second compression spring connected in parallel with it, the initial compression of the second spring being varied in accordance with atmospheric pressure by means of an evacuated bellows subjected externally to atmospheric pressure and forming an abutment for the second spring. The initial compression is zero at sea level and increases with altitude. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 1336606.
