Abstract

1469270 Display devices TYRODE SA 12 June 1974 [12 June 1973] 26022/74 Heading G5C A collapsible display unit has a supporting column 1 to which display panels 2, 3 are fixed, the column having at least four trees 1a, 1b 1c, 1d hinged together along longitudinal edges to allow the column to be folded flat, and having transverse folding lines 4 to allow the flattened column to be folded zig-zag wise with panels 2, 3 on top of each other. Internal bracing tongues 5 are hinged to a face 1d and are urged to the unfolded position by rubber bands 6. The unit may have feet 8 and a carrying handle 7. The panels may be spaced from the column 1 by extension lugs 11 as in Fig. 4. Column 1 may take a triangular or hexagonal section, with panels extending from each face. In another form, one panel is apertured and provides a support platform.
