Abstract

The apparatus comprises a vertical tubular post 12 preferably of square crosssection, with a bifurcated end set in a concrete base 16. A sleeve 18 slidably fits on post 12 and supports the frame 24, which comprises a pair of horizontally coplanar rigid rings 26, 28 rigidly connected by a horizontal rod 30. Sleeve 18 is clamped to the post 12 by screwing the removable bolt 20 through a threaded hole in the sleeve 18 and tightening wing-nut 32. The central bracket 60 is clamped to the sleeve 18 by the wing-nut 32. In an alternative embodiment, the vertical post 12 is supported on a wall by a mounting plate, and the feed dishes are also retained by peripheral U-shaped clips.
