Abstract

A top plate (3) with a hole has a flat bottomed recess of larger diameter. The hole sides converge inwards, those of the recess being vertical. This plate is attached to a bottom plate (4) by spacer bolts (5), a liner fitting between them. An inner plate (11), with a hole and a rubber pad on the underside, screws down into the recess after the structure (12) has been inserted over a collar on the bottom plate (4). The pad tightens the structure to hold it. A plug and rod fits in the bore of the structure and permits sideways alignment of the bottom collar.
