Abstract
1462900 Water drains YOSHIDA KOGYO KK 30 Dec 1974 [28 Dec 1973] 55985/74 Heading E1J A window sill 23 has two rails 21, 22 which bear horizontally sliding wings, the rails have grooves which are open towards each other, the water drain assembly 10 is shaped like a bottomless box and is divided into two parts 11 by a partition 12. Each side wall 14 has a water inlet 13 and the front 16 has outlets 15. The back 19 has two ears 18 and a leaf spring 20; the outlets 15 have a raised rim 17. The rim 17 and the ears 18 and spring 20 are slidably received in the grooves 24 and 26. In the normal position the rim 17 projects into the aperture 25 but for cleaning or mounting of the wings the assembly 10 may be slid along the grooves, so that the outlets 15 are out of register with the aperture 25.
