Abstract

1455852 Panels ANMAC Ltd 19 Dec 1973 [24 Feb 1973] 9203/73 Heading E1B A panel 12 for constructing a wall 10 comprises a channel section having a base 11 and two sides 13, 14, one side of the channel being provided with a portion 15 turned back on itself to form a recess and the opposite side 13 being planar and forming an acute angle with the base 11 of the channel. A bonding agent, such as an epoxy, polyester, or polysulphide based resin, may be used to secure sides 13 in the recesses on sides 14. A double wall structure may be formed by the addition of a planar panel 18 bonded to the channel edges by glass reinforced resin. Corners may be formed as shown in Fig. 4. The panels are moulded from glass reinforced resin. The cavities in the wall may be filled with foamed plastics.
