Abstract

1450575 Vessel for the intense cultivation of fish HARRIS & SHELDON GROUP Ltd 24 Oct 1974 [2 Aug 1973] 36784/73 Heading B7A A vessel comprises hull sections 2 and 4, a bottom 6, and perforated screens 12, and 14 to form a cage for the intense cultivation of fish, and a paddle or propeller to control the vessel so that water moves through the cage. The cage can be divided by removable partitions, or removable cages. The hull sections can be fitted with buoyancy tanks to control the draft of the vessel. The vessel can also be fitted with a generator and batteries means to electrocute the fish, and a compressor to blow fish food into the cage.
