Abstract

1433895 Centrifugal blowers F H JENSEN 13 April 1973 [26 April 1972 9 March 1973] 18036/73 Heading F1C [Also in Divisions B1-2 and F3-4] A centrifugal blower comprises an impeller formed by cutting and pressing out impeller blades 232 from a pan. A collar 235' secured to the bottom 235 of the pan encircling an aperture therein is secured to the shaft 236 of an electric motor 237. Cooling air for motor 237 is drawn by the impeller through the motor housing 238 via an opening 240 in the blower housing 233.
