142,823. Herz, E. von. July 13, 1914, [Convention date]. Explosives.-Normal lead trinitroresorcinate is used in combination with known initial detonating materials. For example, a detonator cap is filled with 1 g. of trinitrotoluene covered by 0.2 g. of normal lead trinitroresorcinate and a top layer of 0.15 g. of fulminate of mercury. Specification 20133/00 is referred to. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) describes also the use of lead trinitroresorcinate alone, and the employment of these explosives for Flobert cartridges. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
