Mechanical toys.-A toy aeroplane intended to be pulled along the ground is formed with a parttubular fuselage of metal bent in into invertedtrough form and tapering towards the rear as shown in Fig. 1, the planes and undercarriage being secured by bolts. A tail-plane c is secured to the fuselage, and an additional plane r may be connected to the plane c by standards l having reduced ends passed through the planes and screwed to take nuts. The lower main plane e and undercarriage h are secured to lateral flanges on the fuselage by small bolts and nuts, and an undercarriage o is secured to the tail. Additional planes f, g may be secured to the plane e by standards l, m, reduced parts on the standards l screwing into the standards m so as to clamp the plane f between them. Nuts secure the upper plane to the standards m.
