UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR AN AIRPLANE Hall L. Hibbard, West Los Angeles, and Clarence L. Johnson, Encino, Califi, assignors to Lookheed Aircraft Corporation, Burbank, Calif.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Hall L. Hibbard and Clarence L. Johnson, citizens of the United States, residing at West Los Angeles and Encino, respectively, both in the county of Los Angeles and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Airplane, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.

Figure 1 of the drawings is a perspective view of an airplane embodying the new design as it would appear from a point ofi to the side and slightly forward and above the airplane while in flight with its main and nose landing wheels retracted; Figure 2 is a side elevational view of the subject airplane with landing gear extended; Figure 3 is a top plan view thereof; Figure 4 is a front elevational View thereof with landing gear extended,

We claim: The ornamental design for an airplane, substantially as shown.
