Abstract

1404910 Dispersible azodicarbonamide for flour PEROXIDE CATALYSTS Ltd 13 July 1973 33486'73 Heading A2B Azodicarbonamide is mixed with a solid particulate filler and milled in a fluid energy mill in which the fluid is a dry gas. The final particle size of the azodicarbonamide is not more than 5 microns. The filler may be gypsum, and is 50% or less of the total mixture. The azodicarbonamide is added to flour, and the above treatment prevents agglomeration of the particles.
