1403464 Prefabricated bathroom units E H WOOD 3-April 1973 15900/73 Heading E1A [Also in Division A4] A prefabricated bathroom unit comprises a water closet 40, a wash basin 52, a bath tub 60 and a unitary plumbing tree assembly extending rearwardly of and adjacent the rear wall 17 of the unit, the said tree assembly including a main discharge conduit extending through the rear wall and communicating with the water closet, a bath tub drain conduit 86 communicating with the discharge conduit, a washbasin drain conduit 84 communicating with the washbasin and the discharge conduit, and, a vent 92 communicating with the discharge conduit, the bath tub conduit and the wash basin conduit, see also Fig. 2 (not shown). The bath tub 20 is constructed from a two part assembly 21 which is bolted together.
