Cameras, roll-film, and for plates and flat films. -In a camera of the type which allows either a roll film or a flat plate or film to be positioned in the same focal plane without adjusting the lens, the upper guide-roller c over which the roll film a passes is mounted on a pivoting frame d. The detachable roll-holding slide f has side shoulders which position the roller c for a roll film as shown in Fig. 1; but when the slide is withdrawn, the frame d and roller c are displaced by the spring i as shown in Fig. 3, so as to leave room for a dark slide
