Abstract

138,274. Butcher, A. H. Aug. 7, 1919. Mcmorandum tablets, securing to wrist. - A memorandum tablet holder for attachment to the wrist, of the kind comprising a flexible band having means for holding a tablet, a loop for a pencil and a portion for holding a wrist watch, comprises a strap of leather &c., Fig. 4, folded upon itself to form an inner portion 1, Fig. 3, and a cover-piece 2, a strip 3 being cut out from the piece 1 for passing round the wrist and engaging with a buckle 5 on the end of the piece 1. The fold 6 is stitched and provides a loop 7 for the pencil 8. The tablet 12 is secured to the piece 1 by a metal clip 10 and an elastic band 11, and the cover 2 and piece 1 have complementary pressbutton members 13. The cover 2 may have an aperture cut in it to leave the outer face of the tablet permanently exposed. A wrist watch 4 may, if desired, also be attached by the strap 3.
