1379828 Powdered fat-containing compositions GENERAL FOODS CORP 20 Nov 1972 [1 June 1972] 53584/72 Heading A2B A powdered fat-containing composition comprises a mixture of fat having a Wiley melting point of less than 120‹F, a SCI of less than 1 at 120‹F and a SCI of less than 75 at 70‹F, sweetening agents, fat-encapsulating solids, thickening agent, and an emulsifier which is a mixture of an acetylated monoglyceride and a partial ester of an edible glycol with a C 12 -C 22 saturated fatty acid. The product may be used, together with, for example, milk or water to give a whipped topping mix, or it may be used as an ingredient of, for example, starch based puddings, cake mixes, or gelatin desserts.
