Abstract

1378781 Conveyer trough KLÍCKNERWERKE AG 9 Feb 1972 [12 March 1971] 6029/72 Heading B8A A conveyer trough for scraper chain conveyers comprises sigma-shaped side walls interconnected by a welded intermediate floor plate, the inwardly projecting upper flange 4 extending further than the base 14 of the groove 6 by the thickness of the base, the flange 4 being 3/10 the overall height of the side wall, the sides 7 of the groove being inclined at between 75 and 85 degrees to each other, the outer portions of the groove walls 7 being curved, the insides of the flanges 4 and 5 being inclined at 20 degrees to the horizontal with the corner sections 18 being thicker than the rest of the walls and the sloping faces 19 of the flanges merging into the walls of the groove in a curve of radius 4/10 to 5/10 the transverse width of the upper flange 4.
