At its inner end, this sleeve is of larger diameter, fitting within the casing, the insulation D having portions f, h<1> which are clamped between a shoulder a<5> in the casing and the inner surface of the larger part of the sleeve B. Insulation C is pressed again the outer end of the ring B by means of a nut e on the electrode f. Vents a<3>, b<5> are formed in the casing A, nut E, and ring B, respectively.
