1377017 Coating apparatus C KLAREN 27 Oct 1972 [11 Nov 1971] 49775/72 Heading B2L Apparatus for coating cheese with liquid plastics or oil comprises a pair of parallel brush rollers 7 & 8 which rotate in opposite directions and are inclined at arcuate angle to the direction of motion of the cheeses and lie in a plane parallel to the conveyor carrying the cheeses. Liquid coating material is fed from a trough 20 through a slit 21 and is spread evenly over the bristles by a convex member 22.
