Abstract

1368607 Fried chicken BARBECUE KING Ltd 31 Aug 1971 40646/71 Heading A2E Fried chicken is produced by a process comprising cutting raw chicken into pieces, coating with a layer of breading material, immersing the peces in a hot frying medium in a presure cooking vessel, closing the vessel and cooking the pieces between 275 and 300‹F. under a pressure of 15 pounds per square inch above atmospheric. The pieces may be subjected to preliminary heating, e.g. soaking in warm water or heating in a micro-wave oven, before breading.
