Abstract
1368606 Fried chicken BARBECUE KING Ltd 31 Aug 1971 40645/71 Heading A2E Fried chicken is prepared by a process which comprises cutting raw chicken into pieces which are subjected to a preliminary heat treatment before breading, and then cooking the pieces in a heated frying medium under pressure. The preliminary heat treatment may be effected by soaking in warm water or heating in a micro-wave oven for a period sufficient to heat the flesh to the bones.
