1342474 Printing unmercerised cellulose fabric with reactive dyes IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd 8 June 1971 [13 July 1970] 33894/70 Heading D1B Unmercerised cellulose fabric is printed with a printing paste containing a cellulose reactive dye, dried and then immersed for a period between 2 and 60 seconds in an aqueous medium containing 10 to 32gms of sodium hydroxide or 15 to 65gms of potassium hydroxide per 100ml at 10 to 70‹C followed by washing the fabric. Preferably the aqueous medium contains an electrolyte e.g. sodium chloride to preserve definition of the printed mark.
