1337921 Propanolamines RICHTER GEDEON VEGYESZETI GYAR RT 16 March 1972 [17 March 1971] 12334/72 Heading C2C Racemic and optically active 1-(2,5-dichlorophenoxy) - 3 - tert. - butylamino - 2 - propanol and its salts are prepared by standard methods. The racemio and l-forms are #-adrenergic blocking agents and the d-form is an antiarrhythmic agent; they may be administered in the form of pharmaceutical preparations containing them in association with a carrier. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 1,069,341 and 1,069,345.
