1325292 Tripod stands HOWORTH AIR CONDITIONING Ltd 17 March 1972 [29 April 1971] 12297/71 Heading A4H A display stand comprises three or more pairs of extensible legs A mounted on respective arms of a plate B, each pair of legs consisting of two upper leg portions a pivoted on bolt a' passing through a lug a<SP>2</SP> on the underside of plate B and two lower leg portions a<SP>4</SP> slideable through brackets a<SP>3</SP> on upper leg portions a, the lower leg portions being locked to the upper leg portions in any required position by expanding left and right handed screws extending through brackets a<SP>3</SP> and operated by a coupling nut a<SP>5</SP>; brackets C, C<SP>1</SP> adjustably mounted on lower leg portions a<SP>4</SP> and a central pillar D passing through plate B and carrying a slotted plate d, pictures etc. being supported by the brackets C, C<SP>1</SP> and the plates B, d as shown. A lamp d<SP>1</SP> and reflector d<SP>2</SP> are mounted on pillar D.
