Abstract

1320194 Caravans; boat trailers; boats R HERREN 27 Aug 1970 [1 Sept 1969] 41347/70 Headings B7A B7B and B7S Cabin 5 can be mounted alternatively on boat 3 to form a house boat, or on trailer 1 to form a caravan. Fig. 4 illustrates the method of unloading the cabin from the boat by: (a) raising the cabin on jacks 19, (b) inserting bars 27 under the cabin, (c) retracting the jacks, (d) tilting the trailer about axis 24 and (e) lowering the cabin along the bars by a winch 7 and a cable (not shown) passing around pulley 29. The Specification also states that the cabin may be similarly unloaded from the boat when it is floating at the water's edge. (For Figures see next page)
