Abstract

1317688 Relay contacts SIEMENS AG 10 Aug 1971 [11 Aug 1970] 37411/71 Heading H1N Moving contact 4 of normally closed contact set 2, 4 cooperates with moving contact 5 of normally open contact set 3, 5 so that on actuation of moving contact 4 contact set 2, 4 is opened and moving contact 5 is permitted to move into engagement with fixed contact 3 under its own bias. The contacts 2, 3, 4 and 5 are mounted in an insulating body 1 provided with pins 1a for locating it in a U-shaped support. The contacts 4, 5 may be insulated from one another or electrically connected as shown to form a change-over contact. The electromagnet and armature are located in the U-shaped support by means of pins and the armature is connected to the actuating tags 4c of a plurality of moving contacts 4 by a slotted card (Fig. 3, not shown).
